Ask us somethingDo you work with businesses outside USA?
Yes, we do! FANBASE is based in Cape Town, South Africa, but we work remotely with businesses in the United States and internationally. We make working across time zones simple through scheduled calls, clear communication, regular updates and agreed project milestones.
Are website prices once-off?
Yes. Our website packages are quoted as one-time projects. Hosting, domain renewals, third-party licences and ongoing support may be separate, depending on the scope.
Is advertising budget included in retainers?
No. Marketing retainers cover our management and agreed services. Advertising spend is paid separately, so you remain in control of your budget.
Can I book just one service?
Absolutely. We can start with web design, Google Ads, SEO or social media on its own. We'll recommend connected services only if they make sense for your goals.
How does a new project get started?
Tell us what you want to achieve. We’ll discuss your goals and scope, prepare an estimate, then agree on milestones and the work before kickoff.
